Duplicate xcframework warnings no longer fire for SwiftPM convergence cases

External SwiftPM products that resolve to the same .xcframework binary no longer produce a false-positive “duplicate xcframework dependency” warning in generated projects where the duplicate was collapsed anyway. Authored manifest duplicates of .xcframework entries are still flagged by the lint rule.
