Remote xcresult test ingestion no longer silently stores partial results

Fixed silent partial ingestion of remote xcresult and test runs. The processor job was failing with a Postgres permission error when a run introduced a new test case on the default branch, so uploads of the same xcresult stored inconsistent numbers of test cases (for example, 371 of ~24,883 on one run, then 0 on another). After upgrading, remote-processed runs ingest their full test suite deterministically, and the duplicate “same device listed 5 times” symptom on test results is also resolved.
