Test-run dashboards now refresh automatically after a run finishes

Fixed test-run dashboards remaining stuck on the “processing” spinner after a run completed. Completed test runs now update on their own in the web UI without requiring a manual page refresh, even when the run finished on the external xcresult processor node. A polling fallback also ensures the page self-heals if any completion broadcast is ever missed.
