Self-host Kura images bundle the Tuist auth hook and pin ClickHouse 26.5

Future published Kura runtime images now include the Tuist auth hook at /etc/kura/extensions/tuist.lua, matching the source-build Dockerfile. The previous ghcr.io/tuist/kura:latest image was built with kura/Dockerfile.release, which did not copy that hook file, so self-hosted setups that relied on it had to mount it manually. The self-host server bundle also pins both ClickHouse and ClickHouse Keeper to clickhouse/clickhouse-server:26.5-alpine so the bundled stack stays on one version.
