Remote execution on Daytona with Microsandbox isolation

Once now supports remote compute providers, starting with Daytona. Declared actions can run remotely while keeping their inputs, outputs, environment, and runtime metadata explicit. Remote runs are isolated through the embedded Microsandbox provider, and release binaries are packaged for Linux and Apple Silicon macOS.
