New MCP prompt to write specs following the house style guide

The Hive MCP server now exposes a write_spec prompt that codifies the project’s house style guide for drafting specs. Agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client) can pull the prompt before writing or updating a spec, and the create_spec and update_spec tools also include a hint pointing toward it. The prompt covers altitude, voice, section structure, what reviewers will push on, open questions, and done-when criteria, with an optional topic argument that primes the agent before the guidelines are loaded.
