Stripped __MACOSX shadow bundles from restored artifacts

Binary artifacts from Finder-zipped packages, such as Plaid’s LinkKit, no longer break tuist generate with __MACOSX shadow bundles. The shadow sidecar is stripped after extraction and skipped during artifact scanning, so only the real XCFramework is used.
