Build Runs UI now shows the scheme test configuration for tuist test

When running tuist test without an explicit --configuration, uploaded build runs now use the scheme’s test action configuration instead of showing “Unknown” in the Build Runs UI. An explicit CLI --configuration still takes precedence when provided.
