Cache warming no longer parses Xcode activity logs for unused build-time metadata

Cache warming no longer copies and parses .xcactivitylog files to infer per-target build durations. The build-time metadata was not surfaced in the product, and parsing activity logs could fail the cache command even when artifacts were built successfully. Binary artifacts are still built, packaged, uploaded, and tracked as before.
