tuist inspect help now lists the –verbose flag

The --verbose flag is now shown in tuist inspect --help and the help output of all tuist inspect subcommands. The flag already worked, but it was omitted from ArgumentParser’s command-specific help, making it hard to discover when investigating slow graph loading.
