SwiftPM resolution progress is now streamed during tuist install

The SwifterPM update to 0.8.12 also forwards stdout and stderr from delegated swift package resolve runs, so tuist install now shows SwiftPM progress output instead of appearing stalled during resolution. Quiet resolution remains unchanged.
