SwifterPM updated to skip __MACOSX bundles and stream resolve output

The SwifterPM update fixes two issues: Finder-zipped binary artifacts that contain a __MACOSX shadow bundle no longer cause generation failures, and SwiftPM resolution output is now streamed so progress is visible instead of appearing stalled.
