Machine metrics now available on Tuist Runner CI job details

Tuist Runner CI job detail pages now show machine-level resource telemetry for each job. A new Metrics tab displays a five-chart grid for CPU, Memory, Network, CPU I/O Wait, and Storage, and the Overview also includes a compact CPU/Memory/Network row for an at-a-glance read. Hovering a step on the Overview shades that step’s time window across the charts, so it is easy to correlate resource usage with the step that produced it. Jobs that have not yet received metrics samples show an empty state instead of a broken chart.
