Machine metrics are now available for Tuist Runners CI jobs

Machine metrics for Tuist Runners CI jobs are now visible on the runner job detail page. The update adds a new Metrics tab with a five-chart grid covering CPU, Memory, Network, CPU I/O Wait, and Storage, plus a compact CPU/Memory/Network row on the Overview above the Steps card for an at-a-glance read. Charts use uniform percent axes (0-100) with point-to-point segments so real spikes and dips show through, and hovering a step in the job timeline shades that step’s time window across every chart, making it easy to correlate resource usage with the step that produced it. Jobs that have no samples yet render an empty state until data flows in.
