Machine metrics for Tuist Runners CI jobs

Tuist Runners CI job detail pages now show machine metrics: CPU, Memory, Network, CPU I/O Wait, and Storage. A new Metrics tab provides a five-chart grid, and a compact CPU/Memory/Network row on the Overview gives a quick at-a-glance read. Hovering a step in the Overview shades that step’s time window across the charts so you can correlate resource usage with the step that produced it.
