Machine metrics now available on Tuist Runners CI job detail pages

Tuist Runners CI job detail pages now display machine metrics for each job. A new Metrics tab shows time-series charts for CPU, Memory, Network, CPU I/O Wait, and Storage. The Overview card also surfaces a compact CPU/Memory/Network row above the Steps card, and hovering a step highlights that step’s time window across the charts so resource usage can be correlated with the step that produced it.
