Machine metrics for Tuist Runners CI jobs

Tuist Runners CI job detail pages now surface machine metrics for the runner that executed the job. Each job gets a new Metrics tab with a five-chart grid covering CPU usage, memory, network throughput, CPU I/O wait, and storage, plus a compact CPU / Memory / Network row on the Overview tab above the Steps card. Hovering any step on the Overview shades that step’s time window across the metric charts, so you can read resource usage against the step that produced it. Metric sampling activates automatically once the runners-controller is pointed at a sessions URL, so the tab is functional on deploy rather than empty.
