Machine metrics now visible on Tuist Runners CI job detail pages

Tuist Runners now surfaces machine metrics for each CI job on the runner job detail page. A new Metrics tab shows a five-chart grid covering CPU, Memory, Network, CPU I/O Wait, and Storage. The Overview tab also adds a compact CPU/Memory/Network row above the Steps card for a quick at-a-glance read. Hovering a step shades that step’s time window across the charts, so you can correlate resource usage with the step that produced it.
