A new Metrics tab and an Overview row on the CI job detail page chart machine-level CPU, Memory, Network, CPU I/O Wait, and Storage over time. Hovering a step shades its time window across the charts so you can correlate resource usage with the step that produced it. The dev seed also generates realistic sample traces so the dashboard is exercisable locally.
