Helm chart is now generic, with Tuist config split into a production overlay

The Helm chart is now generic by default and no longer assumes Tuist-specific infrastructure. Default values use hive.example.com, leave image pull secrets, External Secrets Operator, storage class, and S3 backup unconfigured, and add a secrets.existingSecret option so operators can bring their own Kubernetes Secret. Tuist’s production overlay has moved to values-production.yaml, which is applied via --values in the deploy workflow.
