SwifterPM 0.8.12 fixes artifact shadow bundles and streamed resolve output

The bundled SwifterPM dependency is updated to 0.8.12, which fixes two SwiftPM integration issues. Finder-zipped binary artifacts that carry a __MACOSX AppleDouble sidecar now have the shadow bundle stripped after extraction and ignored during artifact scanning, so Tuist no longer aborts on malformed shadow copies such as Plaid’s LinkKit. Also, stdout and stderr from delegated swift package resolve runs are now forwarded so progress is visible instead of appearing stalled.
