Filter MCP drops list by project and search query

The MCP drops list tool now accepts project_id and a free-text query argument in addition to the existing domain, source type, and pagination inputs. Clients can ask Model Context Protocol for the same filtered drops view available on the dashboard, including filtering by project and searching by title or body, instead of over-fetching and filtering locally.
