MCP drops list tool supports project and query filters

The drops list tool for Model Context Protocol now supports the same project and free-text search filters available in the dashboard. You can pass project_id to limit results to a specific project, and query to search across drop titles and bodies. Existing arguments for domain, source type, page, and page size continue to work unchanged.
