Filter drops by project and search in the Model Context Protocol list tool

When using the Hive Model Context Protocol drops list tool, you can now filter by project and free-text search, matching the same filtering options available in the dashboard. Existing callers keep their current behavior, and the same domain, source type, and pagination inputs still work as before.
