Align MCP list-drops tool filters with the dashboard

The MCP drops list tool now accepts project_id and query arguments on top of the existing domain, source type, and pagination inputs, so clients can request the same filtered drops the dashboard shows (by project and by free-text search in title or body) instead of paging through everything and filtering locally. Existing domain_id, source_type, page, and page_size arguments keep their current behavior.
