Module Cache insights for local Xcode builds

The Module Cache tab now appears on build runs reported from straight Xcode builds via tuist inspect build, not only for tuist test and tuist xcodebuild build. The breakdown reuses the graph uploaded by your last tuist generate, so builds do not need to re-upload dependency metadata on every run.
