CLI structured output can be rendered in human, JSON, or TOON formats

Fabrik commands that emit their own structured data now honor a global --format flag. The default human mode stays readable, while json and toon produce machine-parseable output for scripts and agents. This applies to cache stats, targets, run result records, and the exec trailer, so downstream tools can consume labels, digests, cache states, and exit codes without scraping prose.
