SwiftPM integration updated for more reliable artifact extraction, restore paths, and resolve output

The SwifterPM dependency has been updated to improve the SwiftPM integration: Finder-zipped binary artifacts no longer leave __MACOSX shadow bundles that could break generation, SwiftPM resolve output is now streamed so progress is visible, and restores use SwiftPM’s artifact scratch path for more reliable path handling.
