New dashboard shell with headerbar, sidebar, and Hive logo

The dashboard now renders inside a shared Atlas-style shell with a headerbar, sidebar, and content slot. The Hive honeycomb logo appears in the headerbar and as the favicon, and signed-in users get an account dropdown with their name, email, and a log-out option.
