Update

Tuist now recognizes SwiftPM SE-0482 static library artifact bundles and materializes a lightweight XCFramework-compatible wrapper for Apple variants. Projects depending on packages that ship Apple static library artifact bundles, such as swift-hf-api, can generate and build successfully. Existing XCFramework binary targets keep using the previous flow.
