Generic Helm chart with separate production overlay

The default Helm chart is now generic and no longer assumes Tuist-specific hosts, secrets, or storage. Tuist’s production configuration is preserved in a separate values-production.yaml overlay, making it easier for anyone to deploy Hive with their own Kubernetes Secret and infrastructure.
