Fabrik now dogfoods its own build graph

Fabrik can now build itself through its own build graph. A root //:fabrik target is included, and the project’s CI runs target/release/fabrik run //:fabrik as a dogfood test. The README documents how to run the same dogfood commands locally after building from source.
