Update

The Runners dashboard now splits macOS replica counts into ‘ready’ (Running) and ‘cold-booting’ (Pending), so the gap to desired shows the cold-boot deficit. Pool utilization now uses the correct per-platform denominator (max(maxReplicas)) instead of summing across pools, and a new panel shows p50/p90/p99 macOS VM boot time from clone to first IP.
