Generic Helm chart for self-hosting

The default Helm chart is now fully generic, with no Tuist-specific defaults for host, image pull secrets, external secrets, or backup storage. Operators can bring their own Kubernetes secret via secrets.existingSecret. Tuist’s production configuration is preserved in a separate values-production.yaml overlay, making the chart reusable for any Hive deployment.
