Build Runs UI shows the scheme test configuration

When tuist test runs use a configuration that comes from the scheme rather than an explicit CLI –configuration, the uploaded build run now records that scheme configuration instead of showing “Unknown” in the Build Runs UI. Explicit CLI –configuration still wins when provided.
