–verbose is now visible in tuist inspect help output

tuist inspect –help and tuist inspect –help now list the –verbose option, so the verbose logging flag is discoverable alongside –help. The flag was already supported by the global CLI but was missing from the inspect command’s ArgumentParser definition.
