Page scrolling works again after deleting a project or domain

After deleting a project or domain from its confirmation modal, the projects and domains pages could come back with page scrolling locked while the success badge was still showing. The delete modal now closes itself before navigating away, so its existing cleanup releases the body scroll lock and visitors can scroll the lists normally again.
