Drops operations source list redesigned as a Noora table

The Drops operations page at /ops/drops now renders the RSS source list as a standard Noora table instead of the previous custom card-row layout. Source, status, and last poll are shown as scannable columns, and row actions (sync, enable or disable, remove) are now grouped in a compact row action menu rather than three inline buttons. The empty state also uses the table empty-state slot. Source management behavior is unchanged, but the page now matches the table conventions used across Tuist dashboards.
