Render Drops operations sources as a Noora table

The source list on the Drops operations page (/ops/drops) now renders as a Noora table, with columns for source, status, and last poll, and a compact row action menu for sync, enable or disable, and remove. The previous nested card-row layout has been replaced so the page matches the designer-reviewed Tuist Noora table patterns.
