Drops sources list uses the standard Noora table layout

The Drops operations page at /ops/drops now renders RSS sources as a standard Noora table instead of the previous custom card-row layout. Source rows show columns for source, status, and last poll, with sync, enable/disable, and remove actions collected into a compact row menu. Source management behavior is unchanged, but the page now matches the table conventions used across the rest of Tuist.
