Self-hosted Kura cache nodes with per-account mesh CA enrollment

You can now run self-hosted Kura cache nodes in your own infrastructure, authorized and enrolled by Tuist’s control plane. Each account gets its own mesh certificate authority, so your nodes join only your account’s mutually authenticated cache mesh. Self-hosted nodes register themselves automatically via heartbeats, authenticate cache requests through tenant-scoped token introspection, and bridge with Tuist-managed regions so writes from your runners replicate into the shared cache and new nodes warm from it when they join. Credentials are created and revoked from the Cache page in your account.
