Instance visibility can be set to public or private

You can now choose whether a Hive instance is public or private. Set the HIVE_VISIBILITY environment variable to public (default) to let anyone reach the dashboard, or private to require authentication before viewing it. This gives operators control over who can access the instance without changing the code.
