Hardened provider request startup for authentication

Fixes a startup failure in the GitHub sign-in flow so that the configured provider is still started even when Ueberauth’s plug route table does not match. This makes the /auth/:provider endpoint more reliable and avoids returning a generic ‘login attempt could not be started’ error.
