The provider documentation now lists the full set of Scaleway IAM permission sets the operator needs: AppleSiliconFullAccess, ElasticMetalFullAccess, PrivateNetworksFullAccess, IPAMReadOnly, and SSHKeysFullAccess. The missing ElasticMetalFullAccess requirement was the cause of 403 Forbidden errors when the operator tried to list Elastic Metal servers, which left runner-cache nodes unprovisioned and blocked deployments waiting on the fleet.
