Generic self-hostable Helm chart

The Hive Helm chart is now generic by default, with no Tuist-specific settings. Operators can deploy their own instance by overriding the host, auth provider, and image pull secret. Tuist’s production configuration is kept as a separate values-production.yaml overlay.
