Adopted cooperative-model terminology and automation-kernel framing across docs

The project now describes Fabrik as a “polyglot automation kernel for humans and agents” across the README and documentation. The documentation also replaces the old “adopted” and “Cargo Escape Hatch” terminology with the new “cooperative model” / “cooperative path” framing for using Rust targets alongside the project.
