Update

The Linux runner image now includes the GitHub CLI (gh), so workflows that rely on gh commands can run on tuist-linux runners without installing it separately. This is released in linux-runner-image@0.5.1, and the release dispatch pipeline has been moved back to tuist-linux to take advantage of it.
