Cache warming no longer tracks per-target build durations

tuist cache warm no longer copies and parses .xcactivitylog files to infer per-target build durations. This removes an unused metadata path that could fail when activity logs were missing or unparseable, while the cache still builds, packages, and uploads artifacts as before.
