Scripts reframed as graph/action adapters

Once now positions scripts as adapters into the graph and cacheable action model, rather than as the primary entry point for repository automation. The graph, scripts, cache, homepage, README, CLI descriptions, and reference docs were updated to reflect this framing. This is a conceptual and documentation change that clarifies how scripts interact with the rest of the system.
