Product visibility controls and product settings page

Products now have a public/private visibility setting that is persisted in the database, validated, and seeded for new data. Existing products were migrated to public by default. The visibility status is shown in the products table, and a new product settings page lets you edit a product’s name, description, visibility, and linked GitHub repository.
