Update

GitHub release drops in Hive now persist the connection to the GitHub issues or pull requests that grounded each shipped item. The GitHub release syncer extracts issue and PR references from release drop sources, reuses cached forage records when available, and links release drops to the addressed forage items through a new join table. As a result, you can answer the product question “which release addressed this issue or PR”, and tool/API responses for a drop now include the linked GitHub record metadata. Closed GitHub records created through this release syncing path are preserved in forage so that release history remains queryable even after the normal open-issue reconciliation runs.
