GitHub release drops now link to their originating issues or pull requests

GitHub release drops now preserve the link to the issue or pull request that generated them. When a release ships changes that reference connected repositories, Hive resolves the linked GitHub issue or pull request, reuses cached forage records when available, and keeps that relationship visible in drop responses. This makes it easier to trace a shipped release drop back to the original work it addressed.
