Remote execution for scripts and remote cache providers

Scripts can now be marked for remote execution and dispatched to remote compute providers. The embedded Microsandbox provider and a Daytona API adapter are included, gated to supported platforms. A Tuist cache backend can also be configured for remote content-addressed storage.
