Open Graph card previews no longer get trimmed on social platforms

Open Graph cards for shared links now render at 1920 by 1008 pixels and use tighter vertical spacing, so the footer and other card content stay visible when social platforms crop large previews to a wider aspect ratio. Existing stored cards are regenerated automatically the next time they are requested because the renderer version has been bumped.
