Module Cache breakdown now available for local Xcode builds

Build run pages now show the Module Cache breakdown for builds made straight from Xcode and reported with tuist inspect build, not only for tuist test and tuist xcodebuild build. The breakdown reuses the graph that the last tuist generate already uploaded, so no extra graph is re-uploaded per build. The numbers reflect the project state at the last generation, which is the basis for incremental Xcode builds.
