Every Tuist Runner job detail page now displays a Steps card and a Logs tab. Steps are expandable, line numbers restart per step, and ANSI colour codes render properly. The Logs tab offers a live tail, full-log search, optional timestamps, and a Download logs button that serves a gzipped archive from S3 after the job completes.
