SwifterPM update fixes __MACOSX artifact extraction and streams resolve output

The SwifterPM dependency has been updated to strip __MACOSX resource-fork shadow bundles from extracted binary artifact archives and to stream output from delegated swift package resolve runs. This fixes tuist generate failures with Finder-zipped artifacts such as Plaid LinkKit, and makes SwiftPM resolution output visible instead of appearing stalled.
