SSH-based workflows now work on the Linux runner image

The Linux runner Docker image now includes openssh-client, so workflows that rely on webfactory/ssh-agent, ssh-agent, ssh-add, scp, or git over SSH no longer fail at setup with a missing ssh-agent executable.
